Marching Band

The Marching Band is the heart of the Hamilton band program each fall. Members rehearse a fully choreographed field show performed at football games, community parades, and marching band competitions throughout the season.

The Hamilton High Marching Band is the pride of the Big Blue community in Hamilton, Ohio. The band performs at multiple contests each year and has built a tradition of excellence across the OMEA, Midstates, and BOA organizations. The Big Blue Band has qualified for OMEA State Finals every year since 2013.

The band has performed multiple times at Walt Disney World in Florida. Among its proudest moments, the band was honored to perform in the Waikiki Holiday Parade in Hawaii, as well as aboard the Battleship Missouri during the 75th anniversary commemoration of the attack on Pearl Harbor in 2016.
